Caleb and Jose arrived to clean the vents indoors and attempted to access the vent that is located on the roof through my attic. He was confused as to why they put a note on the bottom of my invoice stating that I needed to have a roofer come out.
The entire process was explained to me in detail along with life-saving option to replace the line instead of cleaning the old broken line which would have caused a major problem in the future.
