Victor said that he would call his partner, Vitaly and have them come out and complete the job they started. I was contacted by Vitaly and not only was he rude and unprofessional, but instead of trying to make it right and do good business, he wanted to charge me an additional $150 which includes the service call.

I was informed that the vent cap was clogged or "stuck" and they told me that they were unable to access the roof because their ladders would not reach the roof since I live in a 3 story townhome. Which didn't quite make sense to me considering that is what I hired them for, to get on my roof and complete the job. I then had Victor from MMI Appliance and refrigeration repair come back out to fix my dryer and he asked if I ever called anyone to come out and clean the vents because whoever did it, did not do a good job. I told Victor that I used his partner's company who he referred me to and showed proof that I did such. He was confused as to why they put a note on the bottom of my invoice stating that I needed to have a roofer come out.
